Placing an Order
In order to make your shopping experience stress free and relaxing we have made ordering as hassle free as possible. Just browse through our web pages, and click on any items you wish to purchase and pop them into your shopping basket. When you are ready to pay click on order and enter the few details required to complete your purchase.

We offer you a 7 day returns policy.
Payment Methods
We accept payment by credit card – Mastercard, Visa and Switch.

If you pay by credit or debit card your details are handled by us on a secure server using encryption. While it is impossible to be completely invulnerable to fraud our secure server system offers a good level of security.
When you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This will also contain details of your order including an order reference number. Your order presents an offer to us to purchase which is accepted by us when we process payment for your order.
Postage Charges

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with your shipping reference number. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the Royal Mail or other dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. The Lifestyle Lounge will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery will be made via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK. Delivery will take between 1-3 days. There is no extra charge over the shipping costs expressed on your invoice.

Standard postage and packing for all orders within mainland UK is charged as follows:

Standard Delivery - £3.50
Express Delivery - £9.50

Gift Wrap service - if you wish to have order gift wrapped with message, this will be a further £3.00. A signature of receipt will be required.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is a next working day Royal Mail service, available for deliveries throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note, Express delivery orders received and confirmed by 3 pm on Thursday will not be dispatched until Friday, and as a result will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest.

Please Note: Next day delivery can not be guaranteed in all circumstances. At times delays are unavoidable. At any stage please feel free to contact us if shipment is delayed.

Overseas delivery
Overseas delivery can be arranged and are charged at a standard rate of £15.00

Damaged items
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. If you fail to do this, or if goods have been signed for as received in good condition, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Availability
If your item is unfortunately not in stock, we will endeavour to order it for you. Of course we will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you don’t wish to wait.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Return postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty. Ask for proof of postage from your Post Office. We cannot refund items lost or broken during transit. Returns should be made within 7 days. We regret earrings cannot be returned due to Health and Safety regulations.
